A month or two ago, I was intrigued by the tilt and shift technique. One day, I was googling to learn about it, I stumbled upon a site, which I cant remember, that helps add that effect to your picture. Fascinated, I tried it on my own picture.
Took the photo when I visited the KLCC Skybridge. Looks quite cool to me. What say you?
